Absolutely! We handle high-end designer items with extra care. Designer items may incur an additional fee of $25–$50, depending on their complexity.
6. How do I ship my items to you?

By placing an order, you agree to send your item(s) to us for 24k gold plating services. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our location.

3. Processing Time
The standard processing time is 3–5 business days from when we receive your item. Complex or large orders may take longer, and we will notify you of any delays.
4. Payment
Full payment is required before services are rendered. Designer items or custom requests may incur additional fees, which will be included in your invoice.
5. Shipping Liability
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping services for your protection.
6. Warranty
We guarantee the quality of our gold plating for up to 6 months under normal use. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or excessive wear.
